KOBSONS deploys a five stage strategy to achieve
the successful completion of a project. This helps maintain
a good relationship with the client and ensures a successful
solution is delivered on time. For the client, it helps to
acknowledge the way KOBSONS is approaching the project and
encourages them to have an active role in producing the final
solution. Each stage has a clear aim and a clear deliverable.
